What sort of features do your vehicles have?
Our vehicles have some ultra luxurious features. Comfortable seating, on board bars, large flat screen TVs, custom audio system, mood lighting, DVD players, CD/MP3 player hook ups...everything you need to celebrate in the lap of luxury as you travel to and from your destination!
Can I drink on the vehicle?
Of course you can! As long as you're of legal drinking age or older, that is! Our buses come stocked with ice and cups and there's an on board bar and cooler for your convenience.
Do you provide alcohol?
No, we are not able to provide any alcohol for you. However, as long as you're of legal drinking age, you are able to bring your favorite alcoholic beverages on board! Beer, wine, liquors, whatever you want as long as you're of legal age!
Can I smoke in the vehicle?
No, each of our vehicles is non-smoking. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you're in need of a smoke break, just ask your driver to stop somewhere and we'll be more than happy to accomodate you!
What areas do you service?
We of course service the entire city of Cleveland, but that's not all! We also service several surrounding communities! Visit our service area page for more details or simply give us a call!
What if I need to use the restroom?
Unfortunately, our vehicles do not come equipped with restrooms on board, however, your time with us includes unlimited stops! That means, if you need to use the restroom at any time, just let your chauffeur know and he or she will find a safe spot to stop for you to do so.
Are there any hidden fees?
Hidden fees are the bane of our existance. We strive to be upfront with all of our clients and you'll find that our quotes for service to you are all inclusive. We don't like hidden fees anymore than the next person, so we don't have them!
Do I need to tip my driver?
You are always welcome to tip your driver if you feel he or she did an excellent job during your trip with us. However, the tip is not mandatory by any means. Our drivers are paid quite well per trip and any tips they receive are just that - tips.
